Logging into the SUBAMP User Interface

Connecting to the amplifier through a local network connection

  1. If you have a local network connection, the amplifier requests a DHCP network address so you can access the amplifier's user interface through the network.

  2. Find the IP address in your router's DHCP table, for example, 192.168.1.102.

  3. In a web browser, enter the amplifier's IP address, for example, 192.168.1.102 .

  4. Log in using the default username and password. The default username and password are: triad and triad .

  5. After the initial login, you are required to change the default password and choose a new password using at least one uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.

  6. The home screen appears as the example below:

Note: For the TS-SUBAMP-2400, click on Channel 1 or Channel 2 to see this screen.

Connecting to the configuration interface through OvrC

  1. If the amplifier is connected to a local network connection with Internet access, you can access the configuration interface through OvrC.

  2. In OvrC, select the customer and select Devices.

  1. If the amplifier is not listed in the devices, click on Scan.

  2. Click on the device name for the amplifier and click the Web Connect icon to connect to the amplifier. Under Web Protocols, click Connect.

  3. Log in using the default username and password. The default username and password are: triad and triad.

  4. After the initial login, you are required to change the default password and choose a new password using at least one uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.

Connecting directly to the Ethernet port of the amplifier

  1. If you do not have a local network connection, you access the user interface with a direct Ethernet connection using the default IP Address 192.168.100.118.

  2. Make sure that your PC is using the same subnet (192.168.100.xxx). See the example below:

  1. In a web browser, enter the IP address for the amplifier, 192.168.100.118.

  2. Log in using the default username and password. The default username and password are: triad and triad.

  3. After the initial login, you are required to change the default password and choose a new password using at least one uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.

  4. The home screen appears as the example below:
